| dc.description | After applying several projects management and quality methodologies to industry, consulting and academic projects of different complexity levels for several years, a methodology for thesis advisory was designed and implemented using an approach from projects management, in order to increase the quantity and quality of terminal efficiency when facing the fact of having many students requesting thesis advisors and few professors as advisors at superior education institutions. This methodology also looks reduction of risk of academic abortion pushing a cultural change directed by the advisor using social media and digital resources. Methodology, maturity stages and test results applied to bachelor students when developing thesis advisory based on learning based projects is discussed. | es_MX |
| dc.description | Después de aplicar varios proyectos de gestión y metodologías de calidad a proyectos industriales, consultivos y académicos de diferentes niveles de complejidad durante varios años, se diseñó e implementó una metodología para el asesoramiento de tesis utilizando un enfoque de gestión de proyectos, con el fin de aumentar la cantidad y calidad de eficiencia terminal al enfrentar el hecho de tener muchos estudiantes solicitando asesores de tesis y pocos profesores como asesores en instituciones de educación superior. Esta metodología también busca la reducción del riesgo de aborto académico impulsando un cambio cultural dirigido por el asesor a través de las redes sociales y los recursos digitales. Se discute la metodología, las etapas de madurez y los resultados de las pruebas aplicadas a los estudiantes de bachillerato al desarrollar el asesoramiento de tesis basado en proyectos basados en el aprendizaje. | es_MX |
